Nowadays topographic anatomy is essentially a synthesis of not only anatomical but physiological knowledge. It gives an idea of the location and relationship of each other organs. Much attention in the study of topographic anatomy paying individual features in the structure of organs and systems, leaving the body of one person different from another body. That personality, sometimes minor, are of great practical importance, since they often determine the development of many diseases. So it is clear that without the knowledge of topographic anatomy can not perform surgery, a proper understanding of the mechanisms of certain pathological processes, establish accurate diagnosis and understanding and forecasting the development of compensatory-adaptive processes in the body after surgery.
